We had a water leak from our washing machine and SERVPRO responded immediately. They had a technician here in less than half an hour. Nick came out to assess damage from a faulty faucet in our kitchen that resulted in sudden water damage and mold. Before leaving he installed blowers and dehumidifiers so start drying the space out.
Crew Chief Chris Campbell and crew arrived a couple days later to start the remediation process. He and his team were on time and professional with each visit, keeping us informed with each step of the process. He was also very responsive to calls and text when we had questions.
While we still have a long road ahead of us with repairs/replacements I can’t think of a better team to have had our damage addressed by.
