Meet Our Team

Daniel Myers is the General Manager for SERVPRO of North Pensacola, and has been with this team since April of 2016. Daniel started his career in the SERVPRO system in 2005, working through both residential and commercial projects of all shapes and sizes, and gaining a multitude of experience in the Clean Up and Restoration Industry. Daniel holds numerous certifications from NADCA, OSHA, and the IICRC, including a Triple-Master Certification. Prior to joining the SERVPRO team, Daniel worked in a variety of industries, and focused on his musical training and education. In his spare time, Daniel enjoys "anything on the water or in the woods," traveling, and music.

"Chef" Walker joined the SERVPRO of North Pensacola team in January of 2019 as a Production Technician, and has worked his way up to becoming a Production Manager. Brent has extensive training in Xactimate, water restoration, fire restoration, and holds multiple certifications, including WRT, ASD, and CCT, from the IICRC. When he is not working, Brent enjoys woodworking, watersports, listening to music, and working on cars.

Crystal is the Regional Office Manager for team Carter, serving SERVPRO of North Pensacola, SERVPRO of Bay County, and SERVPRO of Albany. Crystal joined the SERVPRO team in June of 2013, holds a Water Restoration Technician certification from the IICRC, and is also trained in Time & Materials Billing. Before coming to SERVPRO, Crystal gained experience in a variety of industries, including owning her own custom stone business, administrative work, and banking. Crystal says that she enjoys working for SERVPRO, because she likes working for a company that helps people in a time of need to restore their biggest investments: their homes and lives. When she is not working, Crystal enjoys being outdoors, cooking, volunteer work, travel, home renovations, and learning new things.

Meet Stephen!

He is a restortaion technician with a background in flooring and tile work, as well as various home improvement skillsets. When he is not working, he is hunting, fishing and spending time with his wife and 3 daughters. With ages spanning from 2 to 14 years old, he is well versed in keeping “customers” happy in the home. His bucket list includes catching a halibut in Alaska and his favorite quote is “You can expect what you don’t inspect.” We are lucky to have Stephen on our crew!

Jose is a Contents Specialist on our team, and he has been in the restoration industry for over a year! He also has extensive experience in ceramic coating and car detailing, so he likes to improve important items and restore valued possessions. That’s why he is a huge asset to our team.

Originally from Venezuela, he has one sister and one brother as well. If he is not working, he is traveling or gaming. We are so lucky have his energy on this team.

Meet Anyer!

She is our Contents Manager with over 22 years of restoration experience! She has been with our crew for almost year and she hold certifications in FRST, OCT, CPT and TCST as well. In her free time she SERVS organizations like the Hope & Atlantic Children’s Hospital.

She is originally from Puerto Rico, so she loves to travel ongoing today. With 3 children, she enjoys cooking and gardening as well.

She is a huge asset to our crew!

Welcome Austin!

Austin is a Water Damage Restoration Technician on our team who came in and started off on fire for the mission. Already acquiring his WRT Certification, he shows a real zeal for learning and growth.

When he isn’t working, Austin enjoys gaming, programming and drawing!

Meet David!

David is a Restoration Technician that came to us with over 7 years of restoration experience and a “no matter what” work ethic and attitude.

He has been with SERVPRO for 5 years, and plans to continue growing within our team and our industry too!

Meet Kevin!

He is a restoration technician with a background in plumbing work, as well as various home improvement skillsets.

Kevin has 10 years of restoration experience and has been with SERVPRO for 10 years, and plans to continue growing within our team and our industry too!

Meet Dusten!

He is our Construction Project Manager with over 17 years of experience in restoration and construction industry. He has been with our crew for a year and he hold certifications in WTR, ASD, CDS, HST, and CCT as well.

He is originally from Panama City, so he enjoys hunting, fishing and gardening.

Meet Alex!

He is our Project Manager with over 10 years of experience in mitigation. He has been with our crew for a year and he hold certifications in WRT ASD AMRT, ASD, TCST, and odor control as well.

Mark is Business Development Representative on Team Carter. He brings over 10 years of restoration experience and has been with SERVPRO for over 6 of those. Specializing in Fire and Water damage emergency support, he has aided thousands of people in hurricane damage relief as well. Mark adheres to our mission to make it “Like It Never Even Happened.”

Billie is a Job File Coordinator on Team Carter, and has supported our crews in emergency disaster relief for over 3 years. She has a real desire to help our community when disaster strikes and serves as a “comfort on the call” for every customer we serve.
