SERVPRO was extremely responsive at getting out to my house after a storm caused some water damage. In addition to the quality of service, they accidentally charged me an emergency service rate for a non-emergency service which I was upset about at first. But to my surprise, they reached out to me and offered to refund my money without me even having to ask for a refund. I was very thankful for the offer and can assure anybody reading this review that SERVPRO has earned my loyalty as a customer for life. I rescind my original post and give SERVPRO a full 5 stars and will highly recommend them to anybody needing their services
