Ken is the Owner and President of SERVPRO of Fort Walton Beach. He holds an MBA in Finance along with 25 years of experience in business and wealth management. Ken is also IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration (WRT). “I believe in investing in people first. If you place the right people in the best place for them to succeed, then the groundwork is already laid. I’m ecstatic to be a part of this amazing team.” Outside of work, Ken enjoys fishing, golfing, and most importantly being a father to his two daughters – Jessica and Alexandra.

Nikki is our Director of Operations and Construction at SERVPRO of Fort Walton Beach. She was promoted to this role in 2024, bringing extensive experience and expertise to our team. Nikki joined our staff in 2017 as Office Manager and advanced to General Manager in 2021. She is a State of Florida Licensed Mold Remediator and Assessor and holds multiple IICRC certifications, including IICRC Master Water Restorer (WRT), Master Fire Restorer (FSRT), Odor Control Technician (OCT), Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT), and Applied Structural Drying (ASD). With over 20 years of business management experience, Nikki is also a graduate of the University of Louisville, where she studied Political Science and Computer Information Systems.

John serves as a part-time Mitigation Inspector, bringing extensive experience in commercial mitigation operations, team training, and water damage restoration. As an IICRC-certified Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), his industry knowledge and hands-on expertise allow him to thoroughly assess property damage and provide valuable guidance on complex restoration projects. His experience and commitment to industry best practices make him a trusted resource for our team.

Kenneth is the ERP Specialist at SERVPRO of Fort Walton Beach. He has been in the Construction and Restoration fields since 2000. Kenneth is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) Applied Structural Drying (ASD) Trauma and Crime Scene Technician (TCST) and Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT). Kenneth has supervised Multiple large losses From a Fire Restoration and Clean at Louisiana Tech University Ruston LA, to 8 Story Water Event at St. Vincent Hospital in Little Rock AR.

Gaby is the Marketing Coordinator for SERVPRO of Fort Walton Beach. She carries a degree in Marketing Management and is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration (WRT). Gaby has 7+ Years of marketing experience and has campaigned for international brands like LUSH Handmade Cosmetics, Pandora, Thomas Sabo, and EDGE Helmets! Yessica Murphy is our Construction Project Manager at SERVPRO of Fort Walton Beach, bringing extensive experience in project management, field supervision, and quality control to our team. With a strong background in both residential and commercial construction, Yessica has led diverse teams in successfully delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget across various regions. She holds certifications in OSHA safety training and project management, enhancing her ability to manage complex workflows efficiently.

Kristen is the Assistant General Manager - Residential at SERVPRO of Fort Walton Beach, where she leads and coordinates all aspects of residential mitigation operations. She plays a key role in managing project timelines, team performance, and customer satisfaction to ensure every home restoration meets SERVPRO’s high standards. With a strong focus on operational efficiency and service excellence, Kristen helps drive the success of residential projects from start to finish.

Nairoxi serves as a dedicated Mitigation Technician at SERVPRO of Fort Walton Beach. Armed with extensive training and hands-on experience, she specializes in mitigating damage caused by water, fire, mold, and other disasters, ensuring properties are restored to their preloss condition.

Jorge is a Mitigation Technician at SERVPRO of Fort Walton Beach, Jorge is responsible for executing restoration and cleaning projects from start to finish. He has expertise in a wide range of services, including water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, mold remediation, and more. His attention to detail and commitment to quality ensure that each project is completed to the highest standards.

Alvaro brings more than two years of mitigation experience to the team and is IICRC certified in Water Restoration. He is currently working toward his Fire and Smoke Restoration certification. Alvaro has proven to be a dependable and valuable asset to the mitigation department.

Barry is newer to our team but brings extensive construction experience to his role as Reconstruction Field Supervisor. His field knowledge and construction background provide strong support to our reconstruction operations and project execution.

Brandi brings extensive experience in mitigation, estimating, and contents restoration. She oversees our Contents Department while also serving as an estimator, providing both technical expertise and operational support across mitigation and contents projects.

Daniel is newer to our team and brings more than 25 years of mitigation experience. His extensive hands-on restoration background and industry knowledge make him an experienced resource within our mitigation department.

Dustin Saunders serves as a Mitigation Project Manager, overseeing restoration projects from the initial assessment through completion. He coordinates crews, communicates with customers, monitors project progress, and ensures each job is completed efficiently and according to industry standards. With a focus on organization, quality, and customer service, Dustin helps guide clients through the mitigation process and keeps projects moving smoothly from start to finish.

Everlyn serves as a Mitigation Contents Technician, helping carefully handle, clean, pack, and restore customers’ belongings following water, fire, or other property damage. Her attention to detail and care help ensure each item is treated with respect throughout the restoration process.

Jeffrey Broten serves as a part-time Mitigation Inspector, assessing property damage and helping identify the appropriate steps for restoration. His attention to detail and experience help ensure each project begins with a thorough evaluation and a clear plan for moving forward.

Kara brings extensive SERVPRO, mitigation, and administrative experience to the team. Her familiarity with SERVPRO processes and mitigation documentation makes her a strong resource in the Job File Coordinator role and supports accurate, timely file management.

Luke Follmer serves as our In-House Construction and Field Manager, overseeing construction projects and field operations from start to finish. He helps coordinate crews, maintain quality standards, and ensure each project stays organized, efficient, and on track.

Matthew comes from a construction background and is currently applying that experience within our mitigation department. His construction knowledge provides additional field perspective and versatility as he continues developing his mitigation experience.

Michael Clifton serves as our Intake Coordinator and is often one of the first friendly voices our customers hear. Known for his positive attitude, professionalism, and genuine care for others, Michael helps customers feel supported from the very first call while ensuring every project gets off to a smooth start. He is truly an awesome part of our team!

Juan is newer to our mitigation team and serves as a Mitigation Lead Technician. He supports field operations and is continuing to develop within our mitigation processes and SERVPRO systems.

Nigel Doss serves as our Mitigation Lead Technician, taking an active role in responding to property damage and guiding mitigation work in the field. His experience, reliability, and attention to detail help ensure each job is handled efficiently and with the quality of service our customers deserve.

Norman brings extensive mitigation experience to the team and is IICRC certified. His industry knowledge, field experience, and technical training make him a strong resource within the mitigation department.

Troy Gaines serves as our Construction Estimator, evaluating project needs and preparing accurate estimates for repairs and reconstruction. His attention to detail and understanding of the construction process help ensure each project has a clear and reliable plan from the start.
