SERVPRO's mitigation team was top notch when they serviced my home Monday 28SEP - Wednesday 30SEP. Ray Fernandez responded quickly (I had called for an appt on Saturday 26SEP) and was very professional throughout his analysis. He took time to explain the process and what his moisture detection equipment was picking up. He explained his recommendations in detail on how to proceed, which were in accordance with the insurance adjuster's recommendations. Rachel and her team (Russell and Ian) came in later that afternoon to remove drywall, apply antimicrobial agents, and install drying equipment. They took steps to cover everything with tarps and made clean cuts in the drywall. Material was disposed of properly, and they did a good job. Rachel called to check on me mid-drying process, which I appreciate. I was impressed with SERVPRO's team's service and will definitely use you again, if the need arises. My neighbor just contracted them based on my experience and her observations during the process at my home.
