I got an estimate from Mike and Don and they were fabulous. They came within 30 minutes of me calling to request an estimate and were the nicest guys. I have a small water leak in the corner of my ceiling. Called ServPro and they sent out Steven Conley. Steven called me and gave me an exact time he would arrive. And he did! This man was very courteous, explained all my options for taking care of my leak. Even recommended a few products that I could use to fix the problem myself. He wasn't trying to push his services on me, rather letting me know i could fix my issue myself. I thought that was very considerate of him to save me money and also get the job done correctly.
