My Sunday started off great but ended with my bathroom, guest bedroom, closet, hallway, laundry room, and kitchen flooded. At first, I thought it couldn’t be that bad… I was definitely wrong. I contacted ServPro and was greeted by a wonderful dispatcher who assigned Ryan to my job. Ryan reached out immediately and kept me updated on his arrival throughout the evening, which gave me peace of mind during a stressful situation. Once he arrived, Ryan completed a thorough walkthrough, clearly explained what he found, and walked me through the next steps. He and Michael did an outstanding job setting up the fans and dehumidifiers. They even went the extra mile by thoughtfully placing the equipment with my senior father, who lives with us, in mind. As if that wasn’t enough, they were incredibly sweet to my small dog, making time for a few free pets and belly rubs. It was such a small gesture, but it spoke volumes about the kind of people they are and brought a smile during an otherwise stressful night. Ryan and Michael were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and genuinely cared about making a difficult situation a little easier. What impressed me even more was that they completed all of this work well after midnight, yet they remained pleasant, patient, and kind the entire time. Servpro and Stephen are awesome! Servepro sent Stephen out to our house right away, he used a device to check moisture in our hardwood floors, advised us that the dehumidifier and fans we were using were appropriate, and he proactively came back to our house the next week to check things. And we ended up not actually needing any clean up or repair work so there was no charge. We are very pleased and grateful. Thanks!
