My Sunday started off great but ended with my bathroom, guest bedroom, closet, hallway, laundry room, and kitchen flooded. At first, I thought it couldn’t be that bad… I was definitely wrong. Servpro and Stephen are awesome! Servepro sent Stephen out to our house right away, he used a device to check moisture in our hardwood floors, advised us that the dehumidifier and fans we were using were appropriate, and he proactively came back to our house the next week to check things. And we ended up not actually needing any clean up or repair work so there was no charge. We are very pleased and grateful. Thanks!
