She was incredibly kind and helpful from the start. The crew who came out was just as great, professional, responsive, and communicative throughout the entire process. They answered questions quickly and made a difficult situation much easier to navigate. I’m truly grateful for their help and would highly recommend them.

I highly recommend ServPro Danbury/Ridgefield. We had water leak few month ago. Rob, the project manager, and his team, Mike and Joey, came out to remove and sanitized the affected areas. Rob was professional, courteous, and kept me informed throughout the entire restoration process. He was very knowledgeable and answer all the questions we had. Mike and Joey were very respectful of our property, they made sure everything was covered appropriately. I have a young child and a dog. Mike and Joey were very mindful of that. Anytime they know the work would be making loud noise, they would let me know and to avoid startling me young child, which I deeply appreciate. At the end of the work, they made sure no dust was left behind, they clean and vaccum. After the job is completed, we were given a detail report with picture of what was done. Overall, Rob, Mike and Joey went above and beyond to ensure that the work was done right and completed on schedule.

I had my ducts cleaned out and the amount of 'stuff' they took out was incredible! GROSS! Sondra, Omar and Joe are AMAZING! Sondra was extremely helpful, professional, and courteous from my very first conversation with her in the office. Omar and Joe were highly professional and friendly from the moment they walked through my door. They explained each step of the process along the way. They showed me pictures and video of before and after the work that they did. The ducts looked brand new when they were done. They were very helpful/mindful of my having to move around my 2 dogs depending what area they were working on. I was amazed that they swept and vacuumed everything up before they left. They couldn't have made the experience any better. These 3 employees are truly an asset to ServPro.
