We were one of the many households affected by the Texas Winter Storm in February. We were so fortunate to have Riley Winters as our project lead from SERVPRO. Riley was the hardest working person my husband and I have ever experienced. He was professional and really cared about making sure that he personally did everything possible to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible in the middle of what was a devastating time for us. He answered all of our questions and made sure we understood all of the remediations that were being done with our home. He worked extremely long hours and at one point came back and cleaned the whole area by himself. Riley tirelessly worked to complete our project.
