SERVPRO has just completed the remediation of my condo unit in Keystone, Colorado which experienced a sewage overflow from our main condo waste line.
I am a Professional Forensic Engineer involved professionally in many remediation projects over the last 40 years, including fire damage, contamination, flooding and mold. I am from the New Orleans area and dealt with the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina along with numerous other fires, storms and hurricanes. I can stay that I was very impressed with the work of SERVPRO and Schuyler Clark on my first personal remediation project. Their knowledge and professionalism were beyond my expectations.
And, in addition, Schuyler communicated with me regularly to give progress reports and even questioned me to be sure furniture placement was correct. Schuyler even told me about $40 in cash which was found during the course of their work and asked where it should be left for safekeeping. I would highly recommend then for remediation projects and believe you would have the same satisfaction as I did.
3am frozen pipe burst in our basement. We called the 24/7 number for SERVPRO and were immediately contacted by the Summit location. Within 30 mins. SERVPRO were on site and called in A local plumber to help. Fast, Friendly, Professional and Solid! Thank you so much for helping our family during the wee hours of the morning! :)
