I enjoyed a remarkable experience with SERVPRO, particularly, with Cecile Wade. She was able to communicate, coordinate, and efficiently complete all aspects of my job. From Mitigation, through Reconstruction, to helping file my insurance claim, Cecile always took my calls, and knew or was able to get answers to all my questions. Cecile does outstanding work!
3am frozen pipe burst in our basement. We called the 24/7 number for SERVPRO and were immediately contacted by the Summit location. Within 30 mins.
