I couldn’t be happier with the service provided from beginning to end. They rescued us on a weekend from a sewage over flow and cleaned, disinfected and purified the air. Dehumidifiers were installed and checked daily. Then the demolition of contaminated walls began and Edwin and his co-worker were extremely professional, sealing of the area where they worked and filtering the air. They were friendly and informed me about the process. Jordan Boothe, the project manager was very accessible and helpful in keeping me informed of the next steps in a long process. Andy, the scheduler checked with me about availability for sending out the crew and was also a pleasure to deal with. A big advantage was Servpro’s familiarity with interfacing with my home owners insurance so I have not had to pay them directly as insurance will take care of this.
