ServPro came to our aid after a massive plumbing leak flooded our house. I am updating my post on SERVPRO as promised. They just completed reconstruction of my kitchen and living room. Kai and her team Isai did a great job in restoring the living space on my condo. Kai is an excellent project manager. She always on time, updates you daily on progress. At one point I have gotten tired of waiting and exhausted from one delay after another. Kai stayed positive throughout and focused on making things right. I am glad that she is the project manager to repair my place after the water damage. Going into rating for Servpro I was debating whether to give them a five stars or four stars due to the fact that their billing department is a mess where they claimed to have emailed me a bill which I have never received until the coordinator texted me to pay the bill. Kai and her team is a big factor that I gave Servpro a five stars. I would like to give a shout out to Jordan and his team who had from the beginning contained the water damage at my place. They did an excellent job of drying the place. My only comment to the billing department is to straighten up and must figure out how to bill the customer through ACH system. For now I gave them a thumb down.

I couldn’t be happier with the service provided from beginning to end. They rescued us on a weekend from a sewage over flow and cleaned, disinfected and purified the air. Dehumidifiers were installed and checked daily. Then the demolition of contaminated walls began and Edwin and his co-worker were extremely professional, sealing of the area where they worked and filtering the air. They were friendly and informed me about the process. Jordan Boothe, the project manager was very accessible and helpful in keeping me informed of the next steps in a long process. Andy, the scheduler checked with me about availability for sending out the crew and was also a pleasure to deal with. A big advantage was Servpro’s familiarity with interfacing with my home owners insurance so I have not had to pay them directly as insurance will take care of this. Nothing negative to say, including the receptionist who was great.
My real estate agent recommended Servpro for mold that I discovered in my son’s closet. I love that someone always answers the phone. Angel came out to evaluate and service my project. Everyone is very nice and respectful and put a lot of care into the work that they do. I highly recommend.
