We had some MASSIVE water damage to our town home the other night, so bad that all 4 stories flooded and were pouring down gallons of water. After the fire department came out, they recommended calling SERVPRO of Santa Clara because it's the closest one to our house. After calling, the tech that responded onsite fast. I manage some apartments for my family in the Santa Cruz area. Several weeks ago we had a water leak late on a Saturday night and I needed help right away to get the damage under control and get the place dried out.
This was not an easy task, the tenant was a bit of a hoarder and it was a very difficult job to work on.
