I own several companies in Santa Cruz and one of our staff members tested positive for COVID. I wanted to clean the offices, trucks and work areas of the person who tested positive used or entered to keep my employees safe. I needed to do this ASAP to keep the companies running and employees working.I reached out to SERVPRO via their website and asked for help. This was on a holiday evening (late at night) and by 7 AM the next morning I had a response from the SERVPRO team!! Wow.....that was fast service I thought. It got better!!I worked with multiple SERVPRO office staff members for the next several hours and by 10:30 AM I was meeting their cleaning staff at my offices to get started. The cleaning crew was on time, prepared, professional, and had all the materials and personal protective equipment and know how to get the job done safely.I was down only one day because SERVPRO came in and saved the day. I don't write reviews; this is my first one ever. That's how good they were.

I was amazed at SERVPRO. But first I have to say Kat Lund in the office was the beginning of my wonderful experience. She was kind and friendly and informative when I was scared, angry, sad and not knowing what to do next she helped me through. Dealing with [insurance companies is not always] fun... but she was there for me.... And I could then say this was the cleanest my house has ever been. The integrity of the company was refreshing!!!! And finding cookies on my doorstep was just what I needed. Thank you SERVPRO for helping me through a very difficult time in my life!!!!

We had a kitchen fire and there was a lot of smoke damage.SERVPRO did an excellent job of cleaning our kitchen, even the bright white tile was sparkling.Even more importantly, their customer service was outstanding!!!The woman who answers the phone was so kind and helpful, not to mention funny,she made a difficult situation feel like a breeze! Highly recommend!
