I own several companies in Santa Cruz and one of our staff members tested positive for COVID. I wanted to clean the offices, trucks and work areas of the person who tested positive used or entered to keep my employees safe. I needed to do this ASAP to keep the companies running and employees working.
I reached out to SERVPRO via their website and asked for help. This was on a holiday evening (late at night) and by 7 AM the next morning I had a response from the SERVPRO team!! Wow.....that was fast service I thought. It got better!!

She was kind and friendly and informative when I was scared, angry, sad and not knowing what to do next she helped me through.
