I've worked with this team not once, but twice in the last 14 months for water damage due to a leaking shower. If you don't know about cleaning up water damage, it's not a one day, one step process. In fact, it is like several jobs from drying out everything, then removing water damaged materials, mold mitigation, then treatment to prevent further growth. Fernando and his team are top notch professionals who communicate well, explain every detail, and get the job done in a timely manner. Every representative of the team were courteous and treated our home as if it were their own. Each time they came to do work they made sure to explain exactly what they were doing and how it would impact noise levels and use of the area. It's rare to find this type of customer service unfortunately these days, but these guy are great and I would recommend them without hesitation!
This guys were amazing!!! Junior and Mario were super polite and accommodating....I am a restaurant manager and we had a big leak proble do to a roofing company breaking a pipe, all of our ceiling got wet!!!! It was a disaster, but these guys got there super fast...the whole drying process they made it so accommodating and less frustrating for us..they would work around our hours to make sure that our business hours did not get affected...they would leave everything were it was and cleaner than before..if we ever go thru something like this again I would not question calling them again.....way to go Junior and Mario!!!!
