I would like to thank all of SERVPRO of N. Vista/San Marcos.... Man talk about a Top Notch team. I had a bad roof leak how to get a dry out done and had a bunch of drywall removed for my living room done buy a different company but they couldn't do the construction put it back together. I spoke with Sierra who linked me up with Steve and Michael. Michael came to my home to take a look at what needed to be done was extremely professional and diligent and what he was doing. When he was finished getting his measurements explain to me what the process would be and that they would have somebody out to complete the work. At this point I met Omar Ortega who by himself not only completed the job but absolutely Wowed my wife and I at how fast the job was done how professional and clean he was on a daily basis and the fact that you would never know anything had ever happened to that wall or Windows. I do insurance for a living and I work with lots of restoration companies and SERVPRO of N. Vista/San Marcos just set the bar really high they are my number one go-to at this point. SERVPRO came in to rescue us on our 2nd leak, laid down runways, boxed and labeled everything so that we were able to find it easily in our garage. They also reinforced their plastic walls with poles.
We were quick to call SERVPRO when our 3rd leak occurred and grateful to have Fernando, Luis (a 2nd time) , and Miguel respond. They were again knowledgeable, respectful, honest, and timely.
They truly helped make an unfortunate and messy process bearable.
Our homeowner's insurance sent Mike from this crew out as an onsite manager after we had some water damage to walls and floor. I was impressed by his thoroughness and professionalism, the care he took to make sure that we understood what was happening, and the way he treated his personnel and other contractors. They did their work quickly and well; they were even able to save some hardwood flooring which we thought we would lose.
SERVPRO of North Vista/San Marcos responded quickly when I called. We had a leak in our bathroom and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of! If it wasn't for Juan the true cause of the leak probably wouldn't have been found. This team is professional, communicates in a timely fashion, and does great work!
