This ServPro business has many amazing people but two stand out. Marvin Escobar is the in-house jack of all trades. He recently went above and beyond when installing our bath fixtures after a flood. But not only that, he just does good work and really seems to care about doing a job well done. He is a true craftsman with his woodworking. I've never seen him do anything sloppy- he takes pride in his work. The other individual is Fernando Torales. He and his mitigation team have been so great to work with. He explained everything clearly, always took my calls, responded immediately to any text messages and was so understanding of our needs during this most difficult time. Although I hope I won't need his services again we would hire Fernando and his ServPro team again without reservation.
