The team seriously went above and beyond anything we imagined. Every single person showed up with friendliness, respect, and just genuinely good energy. You could tell they truly care about the work they do. They knocked out the pack‑out super fast, and the attention to detail was honestly impressive. This was our first time dealing with something as stressful as mold damage, and we could not have asked for a better crew to guide us through it. Opo was humble, funny, and down‑to‑earth absolutely the kind of person you want in your corner. Teresa was upfront, sweet, thoughtful, and kind, and Saul kept the whole room full of laughs and good vibes. And a huge thank‑you to the rest of the crew Eli, Edgar, and Carlos for boxing everything with such care. Watching them work so efficiently and effectively was astonishing. They were incredibly patient with my mother‑in‑law, comforting her when everything felt overwhelming. That meant more than they know. If I could give them more than a high‑five, I absolutely would. They turned a tough, stressful situation into something lighthearted and manageable. They brought trust, ease, and even laughter to my mother‑in‑law and my wife during a really hard moment something I never expected from SERVPRO but deeply appreciated. Servpro San Marcos was asked by USAA if they would come to Spokane Washington to help families here with the recovery process. I want to Thank USAA for sending The San Marcos team to my home! I am thoroughly impressed with the ServPro Team! I'm a Realtor assisting my out-of-city client with selling his condo. Unfortunately, a plumber working on a different unit hit a pipe and caused a flood in our listing while it was active on the market. An insurance claim was opened and ServPro immediately hit the ground running. I acted as the main POC on behalf of my client and the communication has been astounding. Kevin is the project manager and he's guided me through this entire process. Xavier was awesome with the dehumidying process. Isidro helped with the moisture testing. Luis F, Luis A. and Juan R. did an excellent job from start to finish. They were prompt, professional, respectful, and very courteous to me throughout the entire process and demolition of my drywall ceiling. They arrived on time, communicated clearly, treated my home with care, and completed the work efficiently and to a high standard. They also helped move my furniture and cleaned before and after starting their process for my ceiling restoration. I really appreciate how professional they are and the quality of their work.
