Luis A. and Juan R. did an excellent job from start to finish. They were prompt, professional, respectful, and very courteous to me throughout the entire process and demolition of my drywall ceiling. They arrived on time, communicated clearly, treated my home with care, and completed the work efficiently and to a high standard. They also helped move my furniture and cleaned before and after starting their process for my ceiling restoration. I really appreciate how professional they are and the quality of their work. Our whole experience with Servpro has been nothing but fantastic. Truly. Ethan, Fernando Teresa, Robert, Elizabeth and team have been so professional, so efficient, respectful and clean. Wow. They catalogued, photographed, handled and packed everything like it was their own property. Phone communication has been a breeze and they show up On time every time. Very impressed. This ServPro business has many amazing people but two stand out. Marvin Escobar is the in-house jack of all trades. He recently went above and beyond when installing our bath fixtures after a flood. But not only that, he just does good work and really seems to care about doing a job well done. He is a true craftsman with his woodworking. I've never seen him do anything sloppy- he takes pride in his work. The other individual is Fernando Torales. He and his mitigation team have been so great to work with. He explained everything clearly, always took my calls, responded immediately to any text messages and was so understanding of our needs during this most difficult time. Although I hope I won't need his services again we would hire Fernando and his ServPro team again without reservation.
