Eduardo and Jose were wonderful. Extremely professional. Punctual. And a positive and happy disposition. They were efficient. Left the place clean after they worked every day. Always explained exactly what they were doing and the timeline. Would be happy to work with them again.

I found Servpro to be a courteous, efficient and reliable company. Lucy in the office, the workers and contractors all showed strong work ethics. Phone calls and texts were always answered in timely manner. Sid the drywaller and Fernando the tile setter were meticulous in their efforts as were all workers. Both Mike Gibbons and Edgar Rodriguez as project managers kept everything operating smoothly. Edgar followed up after the project was complete with attention to a few details on his own time. I recommend this company for all renovation needs.

Sam Olas and the SERVPRO team did an excellent job with the remediation at my dental office following a Category 3 water loss. They were professional, responsive, thorough, and took my concerns seriously. What impressed me most was how comprehensive they were in opening the affected areas, inspecting previously concealed spaces, cleaning and sanitizing the exposed materials, documenting their work, and obtaining independent bacterial clearance afterward. Sam was also very accessible and took the time to answer my questions throughout the process. After dealing with a complicated water-loss situation, their work gave me a great deal of reassurance that the affected areas had been properly addressed.
