I will note, before closing, that I did pay a 3 percent on-line payment service fee to pay the invoice on line, but in my experience over the years, this is a standard additional fee for many companies , especially local smaller businesses. The fee was small and I still had the option to pay by personal check or cash. Everything was explained to me before I made the choice that worked for me. Servpro recently performed mold remediation work on my kitchen and entry way due to my refrigerator’s waterline leak. The effort, led by restoration specialist, Arturo, quickly set up a temporary containment structure in the affected areas (see photos), removed the damaged kitchen flooring/baseboards and an entryway drywall section, and eliminated mold near the refrigerator and entryway drywall. He also coordinated the post-mold mitigation air quality testing with a third-party site surveillance technician. Finally, Arturo set up and took down the large air mover and drying equipment and cleaned up the hazardous material. I appreciate Servpro’s experience and thorough, efficient processes, along with Arturo’s professionalism, so I could use my kitchen safely again. I highly recommend Servpro’s restoration services.
