Storm Damage Repair Services

Last week we got a lot of rain all at once where my backyard cannot handle it and start flooding into our patio. Called SERVPRO and they were able to come out that next day to look at the damage. Employee was very knowledgeable and very honest about what was damaged and what they could do to get rid of the water and then dry out the room. Unfortunately, since it was groundwater they classified my rugs and carpets to be category 3 to be just best thrown away which I probably would have just kept them if I did not know why. And that's where their knowledge came in to play. Was very happy with this company?.

They were all very helpful moving things that I was unable to move. They cleaned up and were vey respectful and answered all of my questions in a simple understandable way. Plus made my house safe to live in again. Hopefully I never have to go thru a hurricane again but I would definitely use them. Many of them came from San Diego to help us. And gave up being away from their family snd loved ones. That’s a company willing to go the extra mile to help what we here in Florida didn’t have enough workers to get these jobs done!!! Quite the sacrifice wouldn’t you agree?? Thanks serve pro for a job well done!!

Serve Pro is Amazing! Our pipe had a pin hole leak and we discovered water on the floor of our boys bedroom. We weren’t sure if we had a water leak or if our kids had spilled something. The Serve Pro team was quick to come after hours to double check for us.

We did have a water loss and more was affected than we could see initially. Even though we were renters, the Serve Pro team was able to work with our land lord and get everything back in order for us. I can’t think of one negative thing. Serve Pro was wonderful and helped us through the whole water loss. We were thankful we called them quickly and they were on top of it so we didn’t didn’t have any resulting mold.

We had a major flood in our house and had to completely rip out the carpets and address water damage in the walls. SERVPRO was incredible with helping us identify how far the damage had gone and worked so hard on the entire job for us. Awesome work, awesome people!

We hired SERVPRO to restore our bathroom after a major pipe busted, and they did incredible work! The staff were all super nice and helpful, and the bathroom is as good as new. Really thankful to have done business with them!

I work for a non-profit organization that provides housing to clients that experience mental health challenges. I sought the assistance of SERVPRO due to extensive water damage that affected 3 units. I had the pleasure of working with Warren. He very professional, knowledgeable, and provided various service options to meet the organization's specific needs. Warren waived the charges for him going out to the site and making a damage assessment. As a non-profit organization, funds are limited and the nice gesture was very much appreciated. I highly recommend Warren and SERVPRO of Mid-City. If services are needed in the future regarding water or fire damage, Warren will be my go to vendor. I will also be sharing his information with the 3 other programs within my central San Diego region.

Our kitchen sink had a surprise breakdown and the water destroyed our kitchen floor and cabinets, and leaked down through the basement ceiling. SERVPRO was out at my house ASAP, got the water cleaned up, and set up the big fans to dry everything out. So glad they were available and great at answering my questions via the phone and email!

Can't say enough good things about this company, all showed up in mask, stood 6 feet from us, but most important they took care of water under the house completely! While we had to put up with fan noise under the house they gave us emotional support and checked under house several times a week and got it dried out! Warren the owner was great and Andrew had a great work ethic! Thank you ! Would definitely use this company again!
