Meet Our Team

Owner 

Warren is the owner of SERVPRO of Mid-City San Diego as well as SERVPRO of San Diego East. He is the acting crew chief and production manager as well!

Warren served in the United States Navy for 20 years as a "Frogman."

Warren has a certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) as a Water Removal Technician.

CEO

Jamie is the co-owner of SERVPRO of Mid-City San Diego and SERVPRO of San Diego East, CEO and Marketing Manager.

She has a heart to serve others in their time of needs and loves to pour out to her local community.

Jamie loves to stand up paddle board.

Jaime has a certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) as a Water Removal Technician.

Job File Coordinator

Anna has been working in office administration for many years. She also has experience in writing and has even published a book, Guardian of Salus. She enjoys writing, painting, and hiking. She is very involved in her church where she is a part of the creative technology team. In addition, she serves as a leader in many areas of the church. She hopes to someday use her administrative and creative skills overseas working in ministry. In the restoration space Anna is certified/trained in WRT, OSHA, and Xactimate.

Reconstruction Manager

Since 1978, Dennis has enjoyed being in the Restoration and Construction Industries. Fire & water damage, mold remediation, large loss emergency mitigation management, infectious controls, ground up reconstruction, T.I. are some of his specialties. Dennis is also known for the ability to work very efficient with in insurance company guidelines and expectation to produce extremely happy customers. He also has written classes and taught many leaders in the industry. He has serviced San Diego County for most of his career. His reputation is Impeccable and many insurance adjusters, agents, property managers, engineers not to mention other experts in the industry have relied on him for many years. His ability to respond promptly, evaluate damages, provide estimates and proposals efficiently while managing the chaos that can come during large emergency services losses has been his calling card for many years. He is also known for his Integrity and strong Faith.

Crew Chief

Garret Bass is the newest member of the team. He is friendly, outgoing and has experience in remediation. In the past Garret has worked for a plumbing company and is well versed in in understanding water damage.

Marketing Representative

Bernadette has many years of experience in the construction/plumbing field. Bernadette has a huge heart for helping families as she has 3 adult children of her own. When she is not at work you can find her on her kayak, hiking, playing sports, or volunteering at her local church.

Senior Technician

Tyler is one of our senior technicians and has an extensive background in construction. He is very attentive, hardworking, but does it with a sense of humor which makes him a great leader. When he is not at work he likes to spend time with his friends or coworkers where they organize outdoor activities. In addition to his hardworking ability, Tyler is OSHA trained, giving him great insight on the restoration industry.

Michael Jolley is a retired, 24 year navy veteran who served several combat tours including 5 years in Italy. He is originally from Louisiana, and is currently working on his Master’s degree.

His hobbies include off-roading in his jeep, golfing, relaxing by the beach, and going to the shooting range

Niko is the newest member of our team, and he is very detail oriented. He is very intentional technician, and is professional and kind to everyone he comes into contact with. He is also OSHA trained.

His hobbies includes snow boarding and worshipping God through music

Estimator

Seth is an estimator for the reconstruction division. He is passionate about serving the community through his role at SERVPRO.

His hobbies include golfing and fishing as well as spending time with his family and going to church events.

Isaac is from Texas and he has a background in construction. He is a team player and great with leadership.

His hobbies are playing sports and being with his friends. He also loves to serve at his church on the weekends, and has his pilot’s license.

Estimator

Christopher is the estimator for our mitigation department, which includes fire, water, and mold remediation.

He loves to compassionately serve customers with excellence.

Outside of work, he enjoys surfing, sports, and quality time with his wife and daughter. Serving the community and gathering others to join him will always be a way that Chris thrives.
