Last year, I asked this ServPro team to come out and look at some surface mold issue I was seeing. In the end, Nolan and Isaac walked out of my place with a recommendation to get a dehumidifier for a corner in my closet. I practically threw money at them (i.e. Should you take a sample? Are you sure? Do you need to run more tests?) and they did not take advantage of my ignorance! This summer, I had a leak in the bathroom that originated from another unit. I got excellent instructions and service from Brittany, Nolan, Isaac, Bernadette and Sammy from mold remediation to restoration. And get this, I ended up paying LESS than the original estimate they gave me. Once they got into the walls, they saw that it was going to be less complicated so the final price went down.
