SERVPRO of Los Gatos / Monte Sereno

Where do I start? I will start by stating that I rarely write a review but this warranted it. I started with one leak and randomly selected SERVPRO due to the urgency factor. I got lucky. Starting with the remediation side, Damion came out and thoroughly explained what was needed and had remediation on site the next day. Everything went as planned and within budget. Damion then gave me the reconstruction side of the house contact , Tee. I have been out of the construction side of things for 10 years and wow did I get lucky. Professional, extremely responsive and well connected is Tee's middle name. I challenge you to find a better leader in this process. Through the reconstruction process we found two other leaks and remediation had to return. I have met probably ten of the SERVPRO staff and have been very happy with each of them. When you go through an unexpected remodel it is hard to find a silver lining but each of the referrals and the SERVPRO staff have made this experience the best possible one. I hope to not see the SERVPRO team at my home again but if I do I am confident I will be well taken care of. THANK YOU!

Great service! Arrived on site within a few hours. Came back daily for a week to check on store and equipment. Very professional and nice! Thank you Josh and Rob and the rest of Servepro team!

My brother and I work on properties for remodeling purposes, and we forgot to close all the valves while shutting off the supply line. Luckily everything was demolished by that time, but the house got wet. SERVPRO showed up with their fans and got the place dry in a few days. Thanks, hope I don’t have to call you again.

My grandparents house had a bunch of paint, varnish, junk (in storage) and these guys hauled it away. Some were hazardous materials, unbeknownst to me, they’re also a HAZMAT certified team too!

Used these guys for reconstruction services . No delays and they definitely made it like it never even happen . Everybody else was 2 months backed up they were just in and out . No complaints!

Hard working professionals who made all the mold & mess go away. They had driers and filters going for days to dry out an invasive leak that came down my wall. It was such a nightmare for me but they knew just how to clean & remediate it. Vivian S
