Since arriving in California, we have provided an invaluable service to businesses and residents of Los Gatos. By creating a team that is both from the community and for the community we have established ourselves as the go-to provider for restoration and cleaning services. The manager, Robert M, spent a lot of time with on the phone, educating me about mold, what the clean-up process would look like, how we would perform the testing, the approximate cost, and how to work with a contractor to rebuild the damaged cabinets. Perhaps most importantly, he worked with our renters to make them feel comfortable and safe while the work was going on.
I highly recommend SERVPRO for price, service, and for making the best of a not-so-fun situation. 5 stars.
