They Unwrapped all furnitre and help re install anything that was taken apart. They did an amazing job cleaning up after themselves. They also retunrned at a later date and picked up all boxes and any remaining wrapping material. We had SERVPRO of Los Gatos / Monte Sereno come take care of some major water damage which had occurred in our house this past weekend and I cannot thank the SERVPRO team enough for their great work, effort and timely response.
With Memorial day being a holiday I assumed a majority of places would be closed but fortunately for me, the SERVPRO team answered right away and was at my house within a few hours to repair the damage done. They were completely respectful, professional and friendly.
Their Marketing Manager - Allen K also dropped by to ensure everything was being repaired in a timely manner. I would highly recommend SERVPRO to anyone who has any fire/water damage on their property and I can say with confidence that you will not be disappointed.

My washing machine overflowed and soaked the nearby areas. I called my insurance company and they referred me to SERVPRO. They quickly came out, got as much water out of the area and then installed dryers and blowers which decreased the potential damage .
They were very efficient and professional and I highly recommend them for this kind of problem
Water damage to our newly remodeled home. Not fun. First call was to our homeowner's insurance. Second call was to SERVPRO - Los Gatos. Alan arrived with water moisture meters, dehumidifiers, and HEPA Filters. He was quick to follow up and coordinate with our insurance.
In following days, SERVPRO was "johnny on the spot" to arrive, isolate the damaged areas, and then demo the damaged areas. Each person that arrived on site was introduced to my husband and I, and were professional throughout the process. In fact, several of the workers were sympathetic with our situation.
We have 2 small children, and decided to live through the repairs. SERVPRO worked with us to set up containments, perform 2 separate moveouts of our furniture and 2 separate movebacks of our belongings.
Finally, as the construction repairs have now been completed, SERVPRO worked with our insurance to have our carpets cleaned to eliminate the construction dust that migrated into our other living areas.
Bottom line, we have been very satisfied with SERVPRO's services and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs assistance with mitigating home damage, moving, cleaning, etc.

On 6-4-12 My home suffered water damage due to a plumbing leak. I filed a claim with my homeowners insurance and they arranged for SERVPRO to come out and dry my home. I worked with Robert, who was extremely professional and helpful. They dried out what they could and removed wet flooring and sheetrock. They even gave me advice on how to work with other contractors, contstruction company and flooring. SERVPRO provided the only positive experience throughout this ordeal. I only wish the construction company was as professional and customer service oriented. Thank you SERVPRO and Robert!
