We used SERVPRO of Los Gatos to clean-up some mold we had in a rental property that was a result of sudden water damage. The manager, Robert M, spent a lot of time with on the phone, educating me about mold, what the clean-up process would look like, how we would perform the testing, the approximate cost, and how to work with a contractor to rebuild the damaged cabinets.
