About Us
Since arriving in California, we have provided an invaluable service to businesses and residents of Los Gatos. By creating a team that is both from the community and for the community we have established ourselves as the go-to provider for restoration and cleaning services. We have worked on substantial commercial projects in Silicon Valley and helped residents keep an aging building clean and livable, at SERVPRO we believe there is no job too big and no job too small.
Some of our team members live in the foothills of the Santa Cruz mountains, others near the independent boutiques of downtown Los Gatos. However, we all come together to celebrate Californian culture; whether that be a visit to the historic Forbes Flour Mill or a team-building exercise along Vasona Lake. However, when work begins, we get our heads down and provide a service worthy of a half-century in the restoration industry.
Disasters do not always happen during office hours. We make a simple promise to all of our community to arrive onsite within four hours of your emergency phone call. Our technicians can conduct an expert assessment of the job-site before bringing in the necessary equipment to get your home, business or possessions back to a pre-loss condition, "Like it never even happened."
We adhere to the strictest regulations and ensure all of our team members are fully-certified before working in our Los Gato / Monte Sereno franchise. Our operations manager Arin Bagheri has worked right here for 12 years and brings extensive expertise to every service, not just large commercial contracts. For fire/ water damage, mold remediation, water cleanup, or natural disaster, we are always on hand to help Los Gatos and the surrounding community.

Where do I start? I will start by stating that I rarely write a review but this warranted it. I started with one leak and randomly selected SERVPRO due to the urgency factor. I got lucky. Starting with the remediation side, Damion came out and thoroughly explained what was needed and had remediation on site the next day. Everything went as planned and within budget. Damion then gave me the reconstruction side of the house contact , Tee. I have been out of the construction side of things for 10 years and wow did I get lucky. Professional, extremely responsive and well connected is Tee's middle name. I challenge you to find a better leader in this process. Through the reconstruction process we found two other leaks and remediation had to return. I have met probably ten of the SERVPRO staff and have been very happy with each of them. When you go through an unexpected remodel it is hard to find a silver lining but each of the referrals and the SERVPRO staff have made this experience the best possible one. I hope to not see the SERVPRO team at my home again but if I do I am confident I will be well taken care of. THANK YOU!

My brother and I work on properties for remodeling purposes, and we forgot to close all the valves while shutting off the supply line. Luckily everything was demolished by that time, but the house got wet. SERVPRO showed up with their fans and got the place dry in a few days. Thanks, hope I don’t have to call you again.
My grandparents house had a bunch of paint, varnish, junk (in storage) and these guys hauled it away. Some were hazardous materials, unbeknownst to me, they’re also a HAZMAT certified team too!
Used these guys for reconstruction services . No delays and they definitely made it like it never even happen . Everybody else was 2 months backed up they were just in and out . No complaints!
