On the night of January 1st of this year, about one-quarter of our condo flooded. I telephoned ServPro right away and, even though it was a holiday, Glen was here within minutes starting to clean up the mess and organize the mitigation. Because the mitigation and reconstruction were covered by insurance, it took a while for negotiations between ServPro and the insurance company to be completed, but the ServPro staff were constantly available to us throughout the whole process, answering our questions and ensuring that everything was going according to best practices. Both the team doing the mitigation (Glen and Carlos) as well as the father-son team of Juan and Andrew who did the reconstruction were diligent and thorough. Our primary contact at ServPro was Sabrina Butler and she even joined me in searching the stores for the right flooring to replace the damaged flooring.
