Sewage Cleanup Services

Called them on a Saturday morning when I woke up to a flooded bedroom. They arrived within two hours and began the clean-up. The technician was super helpful and explained every part of the process. He was my point of contact over the week it took to do the cleanup. These are the folks you want to call when disaster strikes. 

Our toilet exploded on a Friday night and created a huge mess that affected our whole downstairs! My husband was flying across the country the next morning and I was flying home in the opposite direction. SERVPRO showed up and started the cleanup immediately. They were well-versed in the job they were undertaking. Professional, respectful, extremely nice, are just some ways to describe these men. I cannot thank them enough for the wonderful job they did!

We had Dane and Jessie from SERVPRO come and take care of treating our home for mold and moisture damage. They had to remove flooring, padding, baseboards and treated all areas. They used dehumidifiers in the family room and kitchen. Very professional and courteous. Did a good job.

SERVPRO of Elk Grove gave me stellar professional service. They have top notch, seasoned workers on their team who: kept me informed with good communication, showed up on time, and did quality work throughout the process. My experience with all of them could not be better. Brandon, the production manager, stood out as a highly experienced professional. From day one, he did extensive and detailed documentation for my home insurance claim, and made himself available for any questions the agent might have regarding the house issues. Brandon kept me in the loop as to what needed to be done, and gave me plenty of time to ask questions or voice any concerns. His honest and detailed guidance was ever so appreciated. Our house had issues that were complicated. I wouldn't have known where to start, but Brandon quickly & seamlessly organized good companies to come & augment part of the work. When it became clear that, because of the age of our house, environmental testing for lead & asbestos needed to be done, he quickly arranged for it. Then when testing showed asbestos in the sheetrock, Brandon called a very good hazmat company that was able to shore up and save the kitchen counter as they removed the kitchen cabs to get to the sheetrock at the back. Once the area was cleared, so drying and mold remediation could proceed, Brandon’s vast experience came to the forefront again. He supported and counseled me with how to deal with problems that had been left covered up in the past. Brandon and SERVPRO went above and beyond what was expected to be sure the problem was thoroughly resolved. I am so grateful to have had the work done right. In my view, SERVPRO is the best of the best!

Luis and Terron came on time, were courteous and professional, and evaluated the area with mold in our crawlspace. They made sure they didn’t track any mud from the crawlspace into the house. I received an estimate about a day later. I am having SERVPRO do the work tomorrow.

We called multiple companies about removing mold found in the wall behind our fridge. Most did not respond, and the only other one who did, quoted us more than double what SERVPRO charged (including $80 just to move the fridge away from the wall!). SERVPRO was not only more affordable, but proved to be highly competent, professional, and easy to work with. We've used them twice more since then and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend!
