We had a major water leak caused by the toilet water supply line that damaged our kitchen cabinets and flooring. SERVPRO of Danville was incredible from start to finish. A special shout out to Kay, the project manager, who went above and beyond to make a stressful situation so much easier to handle. Kay kept the entire project perfectly on schedule and was always readily available to answer our questions, no matter when we called. The team arrived quickly, worked cleanly, and the final results on our reconstruction and flooring are absolutely beautiful—they look even better than before the leak! We are so grateful for Kay's professionalism and top-notch work. Highly recommend!

I woke up to an emergency water leak and after calling a plumber and identifying it was my neighbors leak that came into my home, Servpro was my next call. Sylvester was prompt and thorough, even for a Saturday! The team came out to help me understand the water and moisture mitigation process. Torris and Tyrell were super helpful and professional in explaining the process. All in all a great experience so far!
