A special shout out to Kay, the project manager, who went above and beyond to make a stressful situation so much easier to handle. After experiencing significant water damage from an upstairs bathroom leak that traveled through the walls, carpets, ceilings, and all the way down to the garage, I was extremely concerned about the extent of the damage. In less than 48 hours, they had assessed the damage, started the drying and restoration work, and put us on the path toward rebuilding and recovery. I woke up to an emergency water leak and after calling a plumber and identifying it was my neighbors leak that came into my home, Servpro was my next call. Sylvester was prompt and thorough, even for a Saturday! The team came out to help me understand the water and moisture mitigation process. Torris and Tyrell were super helpful and professional in explaining the process. All in all a great experience so far!
