After experiencing significant water damage from an upstairs bathroom leak that traveled through the walls, carpets, ceilings, and all the way down to the garage, I was extremely concerned about the extent of the damage. Thankfully, the Servpro team stepped in immediately. Tunde, Moji, Sylvester, and Bola and their entire team of professionas were outstanding from start to finish. They took the bull by the horns, responded quickly, communicated clearly, and worked tirelessly to contain the damage and prevent further issues. Their professionalism, sense of urgency, and attention to detail gave us confidence during a very stressful situation. What impressed me most was how quickly they mobilized and began the mitigation process. In less than 48 hours, they had assessed the damage, started the drying and restoration work, and put us on the path toward rebuilding and recovery. I am truly grateful for their responsiveness, expertise, and dedication. If you ever find yourself dealing with water damage, I highly recommend this Servpro team. I woke up to an emergency water leak and after calling a plumber and identifying it was my neighbors leak that came into my home, Servpro was my next call. Sylvester was prompt and thorough, even for a Saturday! The team came out to help me understand the water and moisture mitigation process. Torris and Tyrell were super helpful and professional in explaining the process. All in all a great experience so far!
