"Almost my entire first floor flooded on a Friday evening... After contacting SERVPRO of Chula Vista, they arrived at my house within 30-min followed by more crew soon after that. They were very approachable and worked quickly to dry out the various areas and installed some powerful fans and heat generators that they left running for a few days to ensure everything would dry out completely and minimize the possibility of mold development.
They came back to check on the dryness and their reports were helpful for when I dealt with my insurance.

"The two techs who came to our home were punctual and professional. They assessed the concerned area and took care of it, the water from the conduit needed to be suctioned out using their equipment. One of the tech also took the time to cut part of the conduit so we can take it to Home Depot for proper sizing of the cap to prevent further problems in the future.
