"Martin Sr. (owner) and his son are simply the best contractors I have every worked with. From the very beginning they always replied promptly to every questions and concerns (most within 10 minutes), they worked with my schedule, and did a great job to restore my kitchen after a serious leak. His workers were extremely hard working, often staying late to finish a job. I also love it that they do not nickel-and-dime you when I asked them for minor additional improvements that I thought of after the contract was already agreed. Martin could have said, "that's another $100-200" (like other contractors), but he simply said, "I will add it for free," for my bathroom light, mirrors, kitchen ceiling lights. When they were putting in recessed lighting for my kitchen ceiling, his worker Victor noticed I had an old light at a corner I didn't think of replacing, and he asked me if I wanted that done too. I said yes, and he said he'd ask Martin for me. The next morning he came with another light to put it in for me so now all the lights are the same style and look nice. His worker took the initiative to suggest the improvement, and they did not charge me extra, now that is what I think a well run company should be. Martin noticed the HOA plumber did not fix the pipe well, so he sent his own plumber (within the hour) to re-route the pipes in the wall for a proper fix, and again at no additional cost. I managed some rentals before, and had Home Depot did a similar job for a lot more money and the job, the materials were not nearly as good. Also I must commend the extremely hard working Victor and Victor (two guys, same name) who did a lot of the work. I really appreciate these guys, they are true professionals. Honestly, the best."
"We had a leak in 02/2020 and the demolition team was good with tempering our expectations. Like, “You had a flood; nothing will be quick.” The real value was when we had our repairs completed by the construction side of the company. Everyone was so nice, respectful and helpful. The work was beautiful and they fixed all the little details that bothered me. The biggest save was when the flooring person noticed our pipes were not turning off at the valves. We had a plumber out same day to fix it. I valued having the staff being so knowledgeable, outside their scope."
