Servpro was dispatched to our property by our insurance company to finish work previously started by another remediation company. Argenis was assigned to our project. He is professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. His team and him came in and took care of our issue immediately. They set up the work area very professionally and were clean about the entire process. He kept us updated every step of the way. It’s been a great experience working with Argenis. I hope to never need Servpro again but if needed, they’ll definitely be the first ones we call.
