They walked us through the process and made us aware of things we never thought of. Very professional and knowledgeable! SERVPRO was very professional with the mold removal at my house. They kept in contact on their arrival time and made sure it worked with my schedule. They were quick and efficient with the work they did. They had to crawl under my house to do the mold clean up. All I had to do was point them in the right direction and they took it from there. They did a great job and cleaned up so I didn't even know they were there except the mold was all gone. They went above and beyond ensuring they used the proper treatment for my cabin.

I had used another SERVPRO company and was completely disappointed with them. I was hesitant about using another....but what a world of difference between the two. This Owner was The Best...Set up appointment immediately, showed up on time EVERY TIME!! Had my best interest at heart. Properly dried out the home, removed wet carpet, tested for moisture everyday until meter responded it was dry or normal. I installed a Keysafe so he could get in at anytime necessary. He called me daily with updates. They were marvelous! Something that you need when you are in the middle of a disaster. I totally recommend for you to call them. My property was in Glendale and they happen to be very close to me....So if you are in the Glendale area or surrounding areas, you need to give them a call for Super Service.
