SERVPRO of Centreville, Marion, and Selma was referred to us due to the influx of claims received by the franchise that usually services our area following Winter Storm Fern. Travis and his team were nothing less than a complete Godsend during the chaos of two tankless water heaters freezing and bursting…subsequently flooding both floors of our home. Throughout the entire process Travis was professional, knowledgeable, and most of all… kind. This was a new experience for us, and definitely something outside of our comfort zone, but we were kept informed and up-to-date throughout it all which helped to make an unfortunate situation easier to handle. The team was thorough and helped us with adequate and appropriate documentation and pictures to support our insurance claim all while dealing with a less than accommodating insurance adjuster. We hope to not need SERVPRO’s services in the future, but if we do… we know to bypass our closest franchise and contract with Centreville, Marion, Selma, Livingston, Demopolis and Butler every time.

After the damage caused by the winter ice storm, ServPro truly went above and beyond in restoring my home. From start to finish, the entire experience was handled with professionalism, care, and dedication. Travis was my main point of contact, and I cannot say enough great things about him. He conducted our initial walkthrough to assess the damage and made sure everything was clearly explained before the work began. Not only was he knowledgeable and thorough, but he was also incredibly hands-on throughout the entire process—right there with his team helping clean, mitigate, and restore our home. Christian, George, and the rest of the team were equally amazing. They were polite, hardworking, detail-oriented, and treated my home with the utmost respect. You can truly tell they care about the work they do and the people they serve. Five stars honestly aren’t enough to reflect the gratitude I feel for Travis and his entire team. After an upstairs water heater line broke & caused lots of damage downstairs, The ServePro team was very responsive and fast to help resolve my concerns.
