SERVPRO of Centreville, Marion, and Selma was referred to us due to the influx of claims received by the franchise that usually services our area following Winter Storm Fern. Travis and his team were nothing less than a complete Godsend during the chaos of two tankless water heaters freezing and bursting…subsequently flooding both floors of our home. Throughout the entire process Travis was professional, knowledgeable, and most of all… kind. This was a new experience for us, and definitely something outside of our comfort zone, but we were kept informed and up-to-date throughout it all which helped to make an unfortunate situation easier to handle. The team was thorough and helped us with adequate and appropriate documentation and pictures to support our insurance claim all while dealing with a less than accommodating insurance adjuster.
