SERVPRO of Casper is truly a franchise that was built on family. We are a small company with less than 20 employees, but every single member of our team is considered a part of our family.
Over 30 years ago Jerry and Gale started SERVPRO of Casper, operating the business out of their home. They would have morning safety meetings in their dining room and kept all equipment and cleaning products in their basement. They had a minimal amount of cleaning supplies and a portable water extractor to clean up fires and water damages. Now we have a large shop full of cleaning products, 3 truck mounted extraction units, and hundreds of air movers and dehumidifiers.
What sets us apart from many is we are one of the oldest franchises in the country, and the longest-standing restoration company in Casper. We love knowing that we can help people in a time of need, whether it’s water damage, fire damage, or any other structural emergency.

We had a popcorn mishap at my office. It was so smelly we almost had to cancel patients. SERVPRO came with an ozone machine and turned it on over night. That is all it took and the smell was gone. Although we still threw away the microwave in question.

The crew that came was friendly, extremely thorough, and didn’t act put out at all. They preserved my client’s dignity and I’m so grateful for them turning a terrible situation around in a hurry!
Our carpet in the bag packing room at our Program Center was horrible. It was really embarrassing because it was so dirty. From years of kids dropping raisins and peanut butter, it had taken on a scary splotchy pattern that was not appealing. In one cleaning the team at SERVPRO transformed our carpet into nearly brand new. You cant even tell where refrigerators and freezers were located. I recommend their services to Everyone! Be sustainable and clean your carpets! Dont replace them.
Chelsea was especially forthcoming with explaining the drying process and the meaning of, and expectations for, the structured and dehumidification readings. She is a true asset to your company!!

- Our History
SERVPRO of Casper was established in 1985 by Gerald and Gale Sleep. It began as a home-based business, providing fire and water restoration service, as well as carpet and upholstery cleaning, and janitorial services. With a focus on customer satisfaction and quality service, our company moved into a shop less than two years later, and steadily grew and expanded. Today, with our office located only a few blocks from our original home site, we have a fleet of vehicles and equipment, as well as a large team of technicians. We maintain the same customer focus that has made us a success in Central Wyoming for over 30 years.
- Committed to Casper
Starting the first SERVPRO franchise in our state was Gerald’s opportunity to return to Wyoming, the state that he was raised in. He and Gale raised their sons in Casper, attending school functions and parent-teacher meetings between emergency calls for fire and water damage jobs. Today, Jeff and John handle the day-to-day operations of the company, serving the community that they grew up in. They also raised their children in Casper, as well.
SERVPRO of Casper has been a member of the Casper Area Chamber of Commerce for over three decades. We remain active in our community, and continue to serve our friends and neighbors.

Our team has been developed using decades of experience in the cleaning and restoration industry. Each of our technicians has been subjected to a stringent background check, and is re-checked annually. We invest in our team members by providing them with the latest IICRC training and certifications, as well as safety training through a local Casper company. In fact, we are the only IICRC firm in Wyoming with four Master Restorers on staff!
