The Servepro team - Brett, Tony, Jason, and Brandon did a wonderful job in remediating our water damage. They explained what they were going to do and then kept me up to date at all times throughout the process. They were very respectful of the house and the furnishings, and I would definitely recommend this team.

We had duct cleaning done and it was exceptional! Joshua and Jason were just incredible. We had previously gone through another company and it was very interesting to see how Serpro does it right comparatively. We couldn't be happier.

A pipe burst in my wall last November and flooded my whole house, which was definitely a bad time of year to be having to live in a hotel for a bit but the folks at Servpro of Wausau made it as painless as humanly possible!! Brett Nelson and crew were definitely easy to work with and even though I hope to never have to use them again personally, I would if I had to and I would highly recommend them to any of my friends or family!! A sewer backed up into our condominium’s central utility building and contaminated the walls, floor and critical equipment including water pipes and valves. This resulted in the shutdown of six units, three of which are expecting weekend guests. We called ServPro on the recommendation of our plumber and explained the urgency of the situation to Eric, their Project Estimator. He checked with Barry, part owner and Restoration Technician, who had several jobs lined up. Given our predicament, however, he made time for us and was on the job in two days. Thanks to ServPro our weekend plans are back on track.
