As a Crew Chief, Alex leads restoration crews on job sites, ensuring mitigation work is completed safely, efficiently, and to SERVPRO standards. He supports both residential and commercial customers during water, fire, and storm emergencies.

Tray one of our Crew Chiefs oversees restoration projects from start to finish, guiding his team through mitigation and cleanup with strong leadership and attention to detail. He is committed to delivering efficient, high-quality service to both residential and commercial customers.

Dakota is one of our Crew Chiefs who leads restoration teams on-site, coordinating mitigation work to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to SERVPRO standards. He supports both residential and commercial customers during fire, water, and storm emergencies.

Carissa is our Shared Services Manager, focused on maintaining accuracy, consistency, and quality across all restoration projects. She ensures that work meets IICRC and company standards, oversees documentation, and monitors process compliance. With a strong eye for detail and dedication to excellence, Carissa helps ensure every job is completed to the highest level of professionalism.

Melissa is our Job File Coordinator, ensuring every detail of each project is accurately tracked and documented. She works closely with customers, insurance adjusters, and providers to keep communication clear and claims moving smoothly. With her organization and attention to detail, Melissa helps each restoration job stay on schedule and ensures a stress-free experience for clients.

Nick is our Senior Construction Project Manager, bringing years of construction experience and IICRC certification to his leadership role. He oversees every rebuild and restoration project with a focus on quality, budget management, and on-time completion. Nick also works closely with insurance providers to ensure a seamless, transparent process for every client.

Amare is a dedicated Restoration Technician who supports fire, water, and storm cleanup efforts with care and attention to detail. He helps ensure each job is completed thoroughly and professionally for both residential and commercial customers.

Ashley is our Construction Coordinator, dedicated to keeping projects organized and customers informed from start to finish. She manages communication between clients, crews, and insurance providers to ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout each phase. With her attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service, Ashley helps make every restoration and rebuild process smooth and on budget.

Becky is our Finance Manager, overseeing all billing and financial processes with accuracy and transparency. She works closely with customers and team members to ensure each project is handled smoothly from start to finish. Known for her professionalism and approachable nature, Becky is committed to delivering clear communication and exceptional customer care every step of the way.
