I wanted to take a moment to recognize Team Ray for the outstanding work you’ve been doing to support our local SERVPRO team following the recent storm in Bloomington, IL. From start to finish, Martell and Allen did a wonderful job, and their professionalism and dedication were greatly appreciated. Yesterday, Adrianna and Darius came out for a pickup, and despite having a three-hour drive ahead of them, Darius went above and beyond by taking the time to move the debris that had been hauled out of my basement from beside my garage to the curb so the city could pick it up. That small gesture truly stood out to me. The bags and debris were too heavy for my wife and me to move ourselves, so I’m genuinely grateful that Darius took the extra time and effort to help us out. It’s acts of kindness and going the extra mile like this that make a lasting impression. Please make sure Darius, Adrianna, Martell, and Allen know how much their hard work and professionalism are appreciated. AJ came out to assist with the emergency loss, and Darius and Tray followed up afterward. They were a great help throughout the process, communicated properly and kept me very informed. I truly appreciate the professionalism and support from the entire team!

Martell and Darius did an outstanding job addressing the mold issue in my basement. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Darius and AJ came to service my mother in laws home that was affected by the tornado in Menasha , WI , they came to do what they called was a “ Moisture Map” in several rooms , and I must say they were very professional, and great people too be around ! I also liked how if it was anything they were uncertain of they contacted their PM Tray , and he was very helpful himself ! Great guys and great workers !
