SERVPRO of Lacey responded within 1 hour to my to my flooded basement on a Saturday near Lake Tapps. Antonio and Jason were efficient , quick and really nice. The mitigation to the water damage was addressed and it was all dry in three days. No Mold got started due to their quick work.
Jason Hall and Chris Moe came out to assess the damage to our home and were very professional and informative. They answered all questions we had and made us feel comfortable about the situation. I would recommend them to anyone!
