Lunch & Learn with SERVPRO of Lacey
SERVPRO of Lacey recently had the opportunity to host a Lunch & Learn with Tacoma Housing Authority, welcoming their team to our facility for an inside look at our operations and services. This visit provided a valuable setting to connect, share knowledge, and strengthen our working relationship through open conversation and collaboration.
During the tour, our team walked attendees through our warehouse and demonstrated how we prepare for and respond to a variety of restoration needs. From mitigation to reconstruction, the discussion offered helpful insight into our processes and the level of coordination involved in supporting properties during times of need. These types of engagements allow us to align expectations, answer questions, and ensure a clear understanding of how we can best support our partners.
