ServPro of Lacey came over my apartment at Forest Grove apartment on 1/9-1/10. Due to a smoke incident of an oven malfunction on Dec 13. Due to delay (not mine) and after advocating, property managment sent Serv Pro. I had the pleasure meeting Luanne, Milton, Rachael, Arturo, and Robert. They did an outstanding job. They went above and beyond. My apartment walls looked brand new. It smells amazing. They were friendly, professional, hard working, kind and f communicative. I recommend services in the future. Our Story

SERVPRO Team Friermuth began in 1992, when Doug Friermuth opened the doors of his very first SERVPRO franchise out of a garage on South Hill in Puyallup, WA. With just one truck and a one-man crew, Doug built his business on hard work, trust, and a commitment to helping his community through life’s toughest moments.

In 2014, Team Friermuth established headquarters in Puyallup, WA, and has been growing ever since! Today, under the leadership of Doug’s son, Kevin Friermuth, we are proud to be a second-generation SERVPRO team with 13 franchise licenses across Washington and Texas.
