After 2 months of renovation, my carpet was in sad shape – water, dirt, sawdust and God only knows what else made my carpet several shades darker than the original color. SERVPRO cleaned my carpets when I moved into my house and I knew if anyone could salvage the carpet and save my wallet right before the holidays, it would be them. Emily answered all of my questions about the day-of process and even managed to get my cleaning scheduled before the Thanksgiving holiday and my guests’ scheduled arrival time! The SERVPRO team was on-time, courteous, and professional. Engel explained what cleaning options were available and cleaned the carpet and upholstery work in the time he quoted. The carpet looks almost brand new! I am so impressed by how painless and pleasant this experience was that I would absolutely recommend SERVPRO for your carpet and upholstery cleaning needs! I wish I could show you before and after photos – words do not do the work performed by SERVPRO enough justice!
