Greg, Tyler, and Savannah were great! They came in the middle of the night when my RO system flooded my house. Thanks to their quick response time and having all the right equipment, they were able to minimize the damage. They even took my rugs and professionally cleaned them. We had 21 of their industrial fans in our house for several days to dry everything out. This and the extracting they did is what minimized the damage from the water. Our toilet had overflowed and flooded several rooms. Eddy and Ricky with SERVPRO provided quick and excellent response. Since we had already vacuumed up the visible water and their quick response, they were able to resolve all moisture removal issues with multiple days of using fans and dehumidifiers. Effectively no demo was necessary. With their moisture meters, it was ascertained that the floors, ceilings, and walls were all dry. Highly recommend their services.
