SERVPRO of San Marcos responded to an emergency water damage job that happened from a surprise leak during a storm. Tammy Dorsett, the SERVPRO representative was there quickly and took excellent care of the whole problem. She already had the insurance claims numbers with her and all I had to do was open the door. SERVPRO took care of everything from that point forward. They cleaned up the water, took out the wet insulation and drywall, and then dried the whole doctor's office. The dehumidifiers took care of a large space in much less time than I expected. The total bill was below what we thought it would be for the huge mess as well . This company and the people who work there are very caring and take great care of everything during tough times.
If we ever have another emergency, SERVPRO will definitely be who we call!
