Our Story
SERVPRO Team Friermuth began in 1992, when Doug Friermuth opened the doors of his very first SERVPRO franchise out of a garage on South Hill in Puyallup, WA. With just one truck and a one-man crew, Doug built his business on hard work, trust, and a commitment to helping his community through life’s toughest moments.
In 2014, Team Friermuth established headquarters in Puyallup, WA, and has been growing ever since! Today, under the leadership of Doug’s son, Kevin Friermuth, we are proud to be a second-generation SERVPRO team with 13 franchise licenses across Washington and Texas. Greg, Tyler, and Savannah were great! They came in the middle of the night when my RO system flooded my house. Thanks to their quick response time and having all the right equipment, they were able to minimize the damage. They even took my rugs and professionally cleaned them. We had 21 of their industrial fans in our house for several days to dry everything out. This and the extracting they did is what minimized the damage from the water. I hope you never need restoration services, but if you do, I highly recommend ServPro.

Our toilet had overflowed and flooded several rooms. Eddy and Ricky with SERVPRO provided quick and excellent response. Since we had already vacuumed up the visible water and their quick response, they were able to resolve all moisture removal issues with multiple days of using fans and dehumidifiers. Effectively no demo was necessary. With their moisture meters, it was ascertained that the floors, ceilings, and walls were all dry. Highly recommend their services.
Ricky and Eddie have been amazing the past week, always on time, always doing what they say, explaining everything thoroughly, following up with me, calling before they arrive, cleaning up after themselves. Highly recommend ServPro for anyone with water damage!
